1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by ChaosWing LLC (“ChaosWing”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of chaoswing.co and everything published on it.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

ChaosWing is an AI venture studio. This site describes the studio, the companies we build and the things we publish. It is informational.

Our individual ventures are separate products with their own terms and privacy policies. Using one of those products is governed by its terms, not by these.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, an investment recommendation, or legal, financial, tax or trading advice.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data
• Interfere with the site's operation, security or availability
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from the site
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation

4. Things you send us

You can pitch us an idea or subscribe to the memo through this site. You are responsible for what you send, and you confirm you have the right to send it.

A pitch does not create a partnership, an investment, a joint venture, an employment relationship or any obligation on our part, and it is not covered by a confidentiality agreement unless we sign one with you separately.

We look at a lot of ideas, and we work on our own. We may already be working on — or may later work on — something similar to what you send us, without obligation to you. Please do not send anything you are not comfortable sharing on that basis.

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to read it, store it and act on it internally so we can respond.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, code, logos, marks and the ChaosWing name — belongs to ChaosWing LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may read, quote and link to what we publish, with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse our branding, or present our work as your own.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their privacy policies. Following a link is at your own risk.

7. Availability and changes

We publish this site as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it last changed at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. ChaosWing LLC is a Virginia limited liability company.
